Collins is an international development specialist with expertise in agriculture and environmental conservation. As a social entrepreneur and Ashoka Fellow, he has been widely recognized for his award-winning advocacy to protect the environment.

Currently managing large development projects in Uganda, Collins brings to the Board a unique, sustainability-focused approach to development programming that strengthens the Foundation’s long-term impact.
